Gorontalo has several restaurants, serving Indonesian and Chinese cuisine, all within comfortable walking distance. There is also a nearby night market that sells traditional, delicious and cheap local Indonesian dishes - Milu Siram, Padang...
A basic complimentary breakfast (07:00-10:00 hrs) is tea, coffee, toast and jam, and omelette or boiled rice soup.
We do advise non-bahasa Indonesia speakers to bring at least a basic Indonesian language phrase book otherwise you will be taking pot luck when ordering food from the menus in the other local restaurants!
