Located on Kadidiri Island in the heart of the hidden paradise that is the Togian Islands, this resort offers the ideal setting for the best of tropical diving. It's excellent value for money too. Coral atolls, barrier and fringing reefs, deep walls, a World War II wreck - all crammed with diverse life and in excellent health, there's enough to keep even the most fervent divers happy. Togian sites are mostly only a 20 minutes boat ride. The Togian islands are considered one of diving's best kept secrets but this may be changing with more flights into the area. Soon it may be considered one of Indonesia's must visit areas.
Some believe the diving here to be as good as anywhere, yet free from hordes of tourists. Visitors here not only enjoy uncrowded dive sites but also long stretches of quiet secluded beaches and the peace to laze on a hammock hearing only the gentle lapping of the waves. The tranquil, easy going atmosphere of the Togians, remote location, and simple facilities, will appeal to travellers eager to escape from the popular tourist paths. Many will find it difficult to leave.

There are ten larger deluxe and five smaller standard cottages. All cottages are set amongst hibiscus, bougainvillea, jasmine and tropical palms.
All the cottages have:
- Beachfront location with sea views
- Private bathroom with cold water, toilet and mirror
- Balcony with hammock and lounging chairs
- Double beds with full mosquito nets
- Reading lights
- Desk and cabinet
All cottages also have Tomini Bay less than ten metres away for early morning dips!

The resort offers boat and beach dives around the Togian Islands - one of the few destinations in the world with coral atolls, fringing reefs, barrier reefs, as well as artificial reefs for wreck diving.
Dive boat for long trips (max. 18 divers) has:
- 13 metre traditional style wood mono-hull
- 40 HP twin outboard kerosene engines
- Shaded area with wooden ladders
- Sundeck
Dive boat for short trips (max. 12 divers) has:
- 10 metre fibreglass hull speedboat
- 2 x 40 HP outboard petrol engines
- Open-air kit up area with ladders

There are rinse tanks and a first aid kit in the resort.
Dive boat trips depart from the Black Marlin Resort beach front twice daily at approx. 09:00 hrs - 12:00 hrs and 14:00 hrs - 16:00 hrs. They include a divemaster as well as drinking water. Boat journey time is normally 10 - 30 minutes, but one site (Una Una) is 2½ hours away.
